"Had a wonderful time at the Vista. House was very clean and welcoming. The views from the back deck and all of the windows can't be beat. We really enjoyed the hot tub looking over the lake. The location is great. About 35 minutes to the falls. The surrounding town is very nice and has a few good restaurants. Stop at the Dollar General if you need some groceries or anything else. It is quick drive to several wineries and breweries. Would recommend and plan on coming back in the future."

"My mom and I greatly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and in close proximity to Niagara Falls State Park. James was a wonderful host and very responsive during our visit. Checking in when we first arrived and consistently through out our stay. He also came to the rescue when we needed him! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable affordable place to stay for Niagara falls getaway!!"

"This was literally the worst place I have ever stayed (I have extensively travelled and camped and I honestly would have felt better sleeping in a tent). I understand that the price for all accommodations in Buffalo increase during home games, but the price was inordinate compared the quality of the accommodation $175USD+). But, to be honest you could not pay me to stay at this place again. It is NOT a motel 6 it was bought by another company. The place smelled bad, there was garbage piled up...

"My family of 5 absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. My 3 boys thought the path through the woods to the park and lake was the coolest thing they had ever seen. We played disc golf, went fishing, and spent hours on the shoreline finding sea glass and keepsake rocks. When we returned back to the house each day, exhausted but happy, we had a safe and comfortable place to relax and recoup for the next day’s adventures. Communication with Barbara was easy and quick. Every...
