Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, we're just a 5-minute drive from the Falls and other top attractions.

About the Space:

-Private Upper-Floor Apartment: Accessed via one flight of stairs (please see photos for reference).

Please Note: This apartment is one of two private units in the home, so you may occasionally hear sounds like creaky floors or muffled voices—a natural part of apartment living.

Parking is on the street and our city has alternate side parking, which means each night you must switch sides of the street.

There is a staircase to get to the upper floor.

First trip to the falls

Our stay was great. James is a great host and seems to be trying every thing he can to better his community one house at a time! It was nice to meet him and chat with him about the area. I am not sure what I was expecting from the city over all, but the people who run it should be ashamed with how little they are putting into their community.

Clean but uncomfortable

Positives: -It was clean. Negatives:-The bed was terrible. My husband and I both agreed it was the worst mattress we’ve ever slept on. -We couldn’t use the driveway. -There’s an RV being rented on the property that wasn’t mentioned (weird). -Window a/c units had trouble keeping up with the heat and were loud if you’re used to central air.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings etwas hellhörig. Die Mieter in der zweiten Wohnung hat am schon deutlich gehört. Aber alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Sweet Apartment

This lovely apartment was perfect for me while I was visiting family in Niagara Falls. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was very responsive. I felt very comfortable in the space and it had everything I needed.

Met our needs

The owner was very nice. But I offer a few things that are "good to knows". The unit is behind a home and there are two rentals. One upstairs and one downstairs in the back of a small house. The stairs to this unit are literally straight up much like attic stairs. May be a problem for some who expect normal stairs. Carrying up large suitcases was a task and a bit scary to be honest. Also, for coffee drinkers, there is only a very small 4-cup Mr Coffee maker. We had to just find a Dunkin. The unit is old but decorated well and clean. Very close to Niagara Falls therefore is in the older part of town. We found an amazing restaurant down the road. Angie's Soul Food. Best catfish and desserts!

Beautiful Getaway Spot

Gorgeous little apartment, plenty of room with a comfortable bed and cold ac. Owner was super responsive, very friendly and the unit was very clean with everything we could need there. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!!

Excellent value; Convenient, Quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls very much, and a significant part of that was the VRBO. Located just off the main thoroughfare on a one-way street, traffic was minimal and the residents were quietly friendly. We took walks in the evenings and felt safe. We were minutes away from all the attractions, but when we arrived back at night we escaped the noise and crowds. The VRBO was very clean and had good appliances. We did not receive instructions about entry until we got there, but had only tried to contact the owner that day and had trouble with the VRBO app (kept getting an error message). When we called the number listed on the reservation, the owner responded immediately and let us in. He checked on us several times, and when we found a pan that had been burnt and the teflon flaking, he replaced it immediately. Please do note that parking is on the street, not in the driveway. (That is an error on the VRBO description.) Street parking is alternate side, so you have to move the car every day. That is not a problem for people like us in vacation and sightseeing mode. Only once did we have to park any distance from the residence. We were driving a budget rental, so we were not terribly concerned about the possibility of damage. (Again, traffic is light.). We would recommend investing in more microwave safe dishes. (There are few bowls, including any that are large enough for cereal, especially lidded .)…and a larger coffee pot!

Close to the falls

I recently stayed here during a weekend trip to the falls. Very conveniently located in conjunction to the falls. Very clean. Some commonly used amenities were not provided, such as paper towels, and it got pretty noisy when the downstairs guests arrived, but it was well worth it and I would stay there again!

Nice apartment with character in a nice neighborhood

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the falls, hiking, restaurants and stores. It was quaint with just enough room for my husband and I. James was great! He was very responsive to us, gave great advice for our stay and even asked us how our stay was going after a day or two.

Nice place to stay

Place is clean, easy to find. Established neighborhood. Close to the Falls on both sides. My husband and I are active and did not have any issues with the second story apartment. However, the stairs are steep and if you do not do well with stairs, stay on the first floor.
