"Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating."

"the carpet was really in need of a good cleaning, I have cold feet, so was wearing white socks while in the room, the bottoms of them were filthy looking. too bad, otherwise, things looked clean, breakfast offering was marvelous, shower was great. but they do need to do something with that carpeting."

"Bed is like sleeping in the floor. Our lights don't work. The tv doesn't work. Our neighbors had us up u til about 3 am and again at 6 am arguing and using profanity. There were no instructions for the pull out bed or where to find any bedding. Heck in was a mess because it said we could pay at check in but there isn't a check in person and they didn't let us know we had to pay 24 hours in advance. If I had the money for a new place I'd leave."

"The room was clean and convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Great hot shower and charming decor. However, the upstairs balcony could use some much needed repairs. Broken rocking chairs and benches sitting around seemed unsafe. The flooring needs resurfacing and paint. Outside the property just needs sprucing up. The self serve breakfast was good. However, if you didn’t get right in there food was gone and no one available to bring out more."
