"I would expect there to be more frequent transport available to take guests between town and hotel. Only one an hour is not enough. I would expect coffee in the room and not have to go to lobby. The staff did not help much when it looked like a storm might strand us at the hotel, I had to do all the investigating - fortunately we were able to get a ferry. It’s not a hotel for anyone wanting to be anywhere than in their room. And in the bad weather we had on our stay it felt empty and lifeless...

"The hotel is a block from downtown in a quiet area. Everything is walkable from there and the free buses are a few blocks away. We will stay there next time since it is so convenient with a wonderful staff. We visited friends, but did not want to stay at their house. This was in the middle of everything."
