We travelled very far to get there and arrived in the morning around 10am, we were told rooms are not ready, came back at 2:30pm rooms will be ready for us. We went out for lunch and came back at 2:30pm. after came back to hotel, they told us no rooms for us they cannot accommodate us and sent us away to a different hotel, which was far worse than the one I booked.
