When they could not resolve it, they offered a change of room and when we declined moving, they compensated us with breakfast on the house. The staff at the Meko restaurant were so helpful and kind. "I had a fantastic stay at The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi. Despite being a small hotel, it was impeccably clean and organized, with everything I needed. From a small rooftop pool with a bar to neat rooms equipped with Netflix and YouTube, plus fast internet. The staff were outstanding—especially Patrick and Anthony at reception and Liz in the restaurant. The food was also amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, location, and excellent tours they offer."
