"A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. "

"The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. Thank you everyone for making my trip to Kenya...

"Very warm reception from the two ladies, helped me to pay the taxi when I arrived because I had no shillings on me so they allowed me to use my debit card on their POS terminal. Room was specious and neat. It was a lovely stay "

"Absolutely top-notch service! I highly recommend this place. Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful. "

"Clarence House is an excellent place to stay and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Westlands. Its close proximity to Sarit Center Mall makes it an ideal place for someone who needs some good shopping and dining options. The staff are very nice and respectful and respond to messages promptly. Will recommend it if you plan to stay in Nairobi."

"It was a little difficult to locate the place because there's no "Avalor Suites" sign visible anywhere in the building. However, after asking two random people we were able to locate it. The rooms were surprisingly super clean, and everything inside looked and felt new. The views from all the windows were amazing. You might need a few minutes to familiarize yourself with how hot water system works, cable TV and the super fast wifi. The host is genuinely super helpful if anything doesn't...

"My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
