"We reserved the hotel for one night a day prior to our planned arrival. Due to unavoidable circumstances we were stranded in Utah and unable to make our reservation. I called to explain we would not be checking in. And also contacted Expedia. Expedia tried to ask the hotel for our money back but they declined and were less than understanding or helpful. I understand policies and am willing to take the fee but for a one night stay booked one night in advance I can’t understand why the hotel...

"Staff charged me $150.00 more than reservation charge. Processed my Debit card 3 times in one night. Obviously they tried to steal from me . Will never return and will tell everyone I know not to stay there, Ever!"

"This property was very difficult to find. The address that was given is not where the directions take you. My wife finished 6 months of chemo and we decided to get away and celebrate that. The stair well leading to the living quarters does not have any railing. It was very difficult for my wife to navigate that because she is so weak. Plus it’s against code. That should be fixed. "

"The property was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable. It was very family friendly . Lots of outdoor equipment for the kids to use and a large yard . The dock was easily accessible and the kids (teens) loved jumping into the river from it. The only thing that could be better would be the Wi-fi but There is good cell phone coverage. "
