"The room was clean. The room service lady entered my room and was not suppose to so I hope that doesn’t happen again. I told front desk but she said she couldn’t do much about it."

"The breakfast was below average, not what I have experienced with similar chain hotels. The room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom which had a used towel hanging on the back of the door. The room only had decaf coffee, no regular coffee. The property seemed a bit run down. The location is pretty good, with several bars and restaurants within walking distance."

"Overall I rarely it a 5/10 Not the best not the worst. Considering it’s Odessa it was good tho. A/C doesn’t blow cold air all the time tho. The bathroom had no lock to it and u could see thru a gap between the door and wall. (Felt like using a public Walmart restroom. They took a deposit fee without informing me. Also pool water was not clean, there was leaves and dirt in some areas floating around, pool water was also not warm like other stays I’ve experienced. Other than that it was, OK....

"The staff were nice but no tv that worked or phone and no smoke detector. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Elevator wasn’t working the first day and the second day they duct taped it. So not wanting to use it but I just had surgery and I still took stairs"

"We’ve stayed here numerous times and have always been happy until now. This property is needing attention. Staff and facilities are nice but our room wasn’t as clean as it had been in the past. Walls were dirty, shower had done black areas, water pressure is minimal due to shower head build up and tile literally was loose in the bathroom with grout pieces all over the floor as we walked on them. Bed was comfortable, towels were clean. Our stay was quiet. Not sure we’ll stay here again tho, might...

"We would stay again. Everything was clean. Staff was helpful."

"Just wasn't great. Only one lamp worked, one was completely busted, the tub was stained with hair dye, there was a smashed roach on shower wall, pool was closed, bfast was not the best... The apples (only fruit offered) were squishy and bruised, the coffee was just brown water, only real option was a waffle or cereal. It wasn't bad, especially for the price, just could have been better."
