"This hotel had updated and clean rooms. The breakfast was poor as it was very high carb, very low protein, and limited on selection of food. The juice machine didn't work. There was no staff available to inform of the problem. Also, no staff was available to check us out. You just put your key in a box, which can be taken by anyone. I understand I used Expedia to book and pay for the room, but I like to check out with a person. When there is no person available at the front desk, customer...

"Clean updated and the hosts were amazing! Can't recommend more!"

"Wonderful VRBO to stay at - very clean, comfortable and inviting. The perfect location is convenient to Roy Lake State Park. The property grounds were well maintained with a big back yard to play and relax in. We enjoyed viewing the Milky Way, saw wildlife and hundreds of fireflies! Owners were immediately responsive to any questions. The house is more spacious than it appears in the pictures - plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. We would highly recommend this VRBO to...

"This home is clean and new. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to serve a large group which is unusual for most places. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of towels and hand towels for the group. Showers are stocked with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Sitting area is nice and chairs are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. This place has a great view of the farmland around the property and is very quiet. A definite return trip when in...

"Very well kept and clean home!! I highly recommend to anyone!!"

"Great place to stay! Beautiful Roy Lake! Had everything we needed for a few days."

"This location had everything we needed and more. Even a plug in option for my car, though I did not bring a charge cord. Owners were friendly and responsive. Place was clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Coffee station was fabulous. Stairway to second floor was steep, but bathrooms and bedrooms on both floors worked out well. Will definitely consider this property again."

"Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish. The cabin had a nice patio and deck that we could sit on and watch the day go by. We would stay again! Thank you to Phil for all your help and quick responses to all my questions. Everything was great! Thank you for a wonderful week. Thank you - Christy"

"Had a great time, beautiful place, views were wonderful! Great communication with hosts, always responded very quickly with any questions we had. Check in was easy and the list of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment was also very nice."
