"The elevator was down on 2 occasions. The security door was broken 2 nights, and there was no creamer for coffee 2 mornings. The response from staff was met with no concern and responded with annoyance that I would ask when the elevator or door lock would be fixed. Would never stay here again."

"We stayed just 1 night in the king suite, it was well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was lovely and bar staff very friendly.
Its not super obvious where guest registration is for check in, and ice machines were not on every floor, so in 110d we had to go looking for ice.
Id recommended this place , plenty of places to eat close by and we enjoyed the proximity to Quintero golf course and Lake pleasant."

"I was there with my 13yr old and we both loved the set up of the rooms. Beds were comfy. The area was clean. It was just the perfect setting for us. I highly recommend!! If I were to plan on going back.. I would definitely choose to stay there here again without a doubt!"

"Its fridge was a normal house size fridge that was I liked only ... and the 24hr check in
But the cleaning of the hallways and pool and in rooms it was terrible also inaccurate room bed size and features"
