"Desk staff was unfriendly and rather odd. No towels at the pool until we requested them. The room was musty smelling. There was damage in the bathroom to a wall that was obviously old. Seemed neglected. Doubt we will stay there again. Family said it was once a beautiful hotel to stay."

"I agree with the reviews, the place does smell musty. Not so much when you check in but the room did. Otherwise the place was pretty clean and updated. Breakfast was also your typical Hotel breakfast."

"We had a lovely stay. Our host reached out in advance and offered to provide recommendations for the area. Day-of communication was excellent. We knew right where to go and how to access the rental. Room had everything needed. Neighborhood is incredibly quiet and very pleasant if you're looking for an escape. Would recommend and would stay again if we were ever in the area."
