"Check in was super easy, the front desk staff was incredibly nice! We were able to park right by the entrance each time we returned for the day. We did not get to enjoy the food or pool, hopefully next time! This location is close to everything, 20 minutes to the downtown area. "Upon our arrival and entering our room. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging over the shower. The sheets scared me a little, they were not Clorox white, kind of a dirty white. Amenities were a zero. No hangers in room. No drawers to place your belongings, No room decor, no information booklets, no tv guide, no pamphlets of any kind. Dinning area is horrible. No impressed by far, but it served the purpose. "We had a great stay here! We utilized the pool. It was an indoor pool but it is NOT heated! The kids didn’t mind but the adults did!!!! Not quite ice bath cold but close. I would have to say that was the only ding I would give the hotel. The area was well lit and clean. The room was clean, the carpet was a bit old. "Highly recommend this hotel! It was very well maintained with nice bathroom towels, fresh linens & comfortable bed, room & amenities! Had an excellent bountiful breakfast with to go choices as well! The staff was very friendly, No complaints whatsoever! Best hotel we have stayed at in a while & very reasonably priced!"

"The room was clean however the elevator was out of order and they put on the third floor. My husband asked for a different room on a lower floor as I have mobility issues. The woman gave a room right next to the stairs. All night long all we hears was the squeaky door to the stairs opening and then slamming shut. I barely got any sleep due to the noise. Why put someone right next the stairs when the elevators are out and that area will be heavy traffic!"
