"Staff wise good but don't expect the rooms which shows in photos of reviews. Room door lock not good. No proper towels."

"outdated room. I like the living room area but felt we couldnt really sit on the couch bc it was stained. So that area went to waste. Rust stain in the toilet bowl. Felt like i had to walk around with shoes or socks. Bed was clean & commmfffy as were the pillows. Lots of mirrors so me my fiance and son could get ready at the same time. The breakfast was decent. It sis the job. There was sausage, potatoes, pancakes, eggs (i think from a box), oatmeal and muffins i believe cereal? Apple and orange...

"The room was filthy, sheets had stains and hairs all in them, the shower was dirty and full of hairs, the water coming out of the nozzles was brown. The hallways were filthy like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. We turned our keys in to check out, they sent me an app link to check out and I got a phone call to check out. Why 3 ways to check out? Then I was charged a late check out fee even though we checked out at 7 am, they did reimburse me but it’s still annoying they can’t get it...

"The room was not super clean, we could see the floor was not properly vacuumed. Also there were leftover goldfish snacks on the window sill. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. The Wi-Fi was not working even if I typed my name and room number correctly. The window blinds (supposed to be somfy automatic) were not working either."
