The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. Official check in was at 3. 30 minutes later when the magical time hit, we were informed of the $18 amenities fee. "EVERYTHING at this hotel was horrible, from the minute we walked in the door to our room it smelled like and ASHTRAY.... Mind you it was a no smoking room, door to bathroom, and front door would not stay closed or locked. The smell was sooo bad, if I could have canceled most definitely would have.
