"This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were all helpful and so kind. The rooms and the hotel itself was very clean. We didnt have their breakfast but they do have it and they have a nice spacious eating area. Would definitely recommend staying there and would be happy to stay there again."

"I was outside waiting for my fiance to get back and a lady approached a friend and looking for WiFi ..... she was pretending so she could try to spy on us for whatever reason. She actually worked there. They listen to everyone's conversations via camera."

"Rooms were clean, breakfast had sausage, extensive grounds. We did not use the pool (outdoor only) but we did play frisbee in the lawn. One exterior light was broken -- not by our frisbee! -- but the property was well-maintained. Recommend for families."

"The hospitality was beyond amazing. The host went above and beyond with fresh flowers, homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies, milk and fresh eggs, and they even had extra toiletries available in case you forgot something. The lake was amazing to take a dip into on the hot day. The bed was comfortable and it was just the most relaxing and peaceful place to stay. There is all kinds of fish in the lake and is perfect for someone that loves fishing. This was just the most amazing spot to recharge and...

"Property is very unique and historical. Staff very polite and knowledgeable of the area. Room was very clean but very outdated. Carpet and door need to be replaced. No coffee pot in room nor offered in the front office area. I will plan to stay here again if my travel plans bring me this way again."

"This was so quiet and peaceful. We went for the Eclipse and it was remote enough to avoid any kind of crowds and noise. It is very small, but perfect for us. Had the feel of a four seasons room with kitchen, bed and bath, plus a screened in porch. We loved it."
