"Nicest staff of any hotel we’ve stayed! There was a water main break in the area during our stay and the hotel had no water, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The hotel is right across from Carowinds, super convenient. The hotel is dated, but very clean. We will definitely stay here in the future. "

"My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Carowinds. The hotel is located in a nice area where we felt safe and it was quiet and easy access. The rooms were very clean, cold AC, very clean bathroom and really big. LOVE the shower!!!! Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful....

"This was one of the cleanest hotel stays I've had. The only negative I had was the slightly strong fragrance in the room upon entering. I am scent sensitive. I did love the soaps and shampoos. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this campsite. Everything included made the trip stress free and we got to fully focus on fun and relaxation. Great campfire, lights, trash can, grill everything included. And the four stars on cleanness is only because of the grill but I’m sure that’s difficult to maintain outside overall 10/10 for real . "
