"Super easy check in, comfy room and beds. Staff was amazing!"

"Only one elevator was working (same as our previous stay). The handicap shower fixture was broken (same as last stay - we had the same room). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, Breakfast was edible, but nothing to write home about. Staff were mostly courteous, some did not acknowledge us when we came/went. The tv worked well, ability to use Netflix was a bonus. The price is exceptional - we will be back again."

"Booked through Expedia and when we checked in, were given a room on the ground floor immediately adjacent to the front lobby and near the vending machines, elevator, etc. - with a view of the parking lot. Besides the fact that we felt like we were given the worst room in the hotel, it became apparent overall that the property is lacking upkeep and is managed with extreme cost-saving in mind everywhere you look. It smelled musty when we entered, the tub surround was moldy/deteriorated...

"Staff was great and pleasant. Property was well kept and lit. Room was clean. My only issue was the fact the fitness center is located on the 3rd floor; my room was on the 2nd, just below the fitness center. I had to hear the noise of people working out at 11pm-12am. The fitness center happens to be 24 hours. It sounded like someone was rolling bowling balls above me. I was not warned prior and will refuse that room again."

"This property is located in an undesirable area. Neighboring properties are surrounded by chain-link fencing. There were 2 cars in the hotel parking lot that had been vandalized, and the management had signs posted prominently, alerting guests that the hotel was not responsible for vehicles or belongings left in the hotel parking lot. We did not feel safe, so we checked out of the hotel an hour after checking in. Manager refused to refund our deposit, so we were out >$100. We stayed at the...
