"This motel is on a side road by open fields next to the expressway. The parking lot is large and well lit at night. It felt like a reasonably safe place. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but a little worse for wear in some ways. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked well. Breakfast was just coffee, cold cereal and milk. "

"The Lake front was very peaceful. Weather permitting it would be a very nice place to sit on the front deck to view the sunset and the lake. Not directly on the lake but it was closely in view.
