"Room wad nice and clean"

"First off it is a 10 story building that should’ve had three elevators. One has been permanently walled off, another one was broken completely, and the remaining elevator wasn’t operating consistently. When I returned to the hotel last night, there was a line 11 people deep, waiting for the one elevator to take them up. That wait was over 10 minutes long. The stairwells didn’t exit to the first floor, and the first floor door was alarmed and would only exit to the outside. The linoleum and...

"I liked everything."

"Hotel was run down and very outdated. Pool was not cleaned as you could see the film from sunscreen floating on top. Watch out for cockroachs too."

"Our room had some maintenance issues - leaking sink faucet (enough to soak the floor), residual smoke odor, a/c unit that has to be set on 66 to get it to run). My son's room was on the highway side and it was very noisy. Not bad overall, just nothing outstanding."

"The front desk staff were excellent and friendly and accommodating."

"Normally he property is well maintained. But this time the room had a broken locks on door and window. I spoke to one of guys at front desk and he wrote it down and said the staff foesnt always notice these issues. My room was also infested with stink bugs and I told the same guy upon checkout and he just shrugged it off and said it's the season for them. This was a disappointment and I have been staying there for 5 years."

"Friendly staff, comfy beds, safe place to sleep! We had an excellent stay!"

"The room smelled bad immediately when we walked in. Both of the white bed comforters were stained. The bathroom was dirty. The property seemed sketchy. I did not feel safe there with my family. We traveled for a wedding. We checked in and changed clothes and left our bags in the hotel room. While at the wedding we made arrangements to stay somewhere else. We went back long enough to get our bags and check out. I told the clerk that we did not like the room. He was nice, but said there was no...

"There were mice. There were wolf spiders hanging in the closet. Bath tub fixture was loose. Shower would not shut off. Hair dryer was inoperable. Iron was broken. Over all the room was unclean. For the most part the staff was polite but believe it or not, I was asked to pay a deposit at check in for possible damages. I got my deposit back when I checked out but I made sure I documented and took videos of all the preexisting damages. Thought the price was reasonable for a last minute reservation...

"Very nice stay. The gentleman while I was checking in was friendly and helpful. Clean room. Had an accessable room so I could shower. Very comfortable with the A/C. I stayed here last year on my way home, too. Great value for your dollar 👍"

"Positives: Very kind and hospitable, the dog run area was great!! No bed bugs we could find, the price for the area was good, the towels were soft and clean, there was hot water. The fridge was cold and working. The beds were fine for sleep as were the pillows. The AC worked fine and wasn't too noisy. Negatives: Cockroaches present, The bathroom door broken, we couldn't lock the door from the inside of the room, but the catch-latch was there. The lamps and lighting were a bit of a challenge, the...
