"The breakfast was good, room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were nice. The business center printer was easy to connect to and use. The staff was kind and helpful. The reasons I rated it 4 stars and not 5 was because of the treadmill in the fitness center. The belt on the treadmill had a rip in it, causing it to catch and skip. Also, the single serving coffee maker in our room did not work."

The vending jad ony downy products and the was no ice machine. But the worst thing is the our door was unlocked when we returned hours latwr and our room was never cleaned. I had to go down to report it old man didnt know what he was doing finally clled the manager myself door on the door and someone brought towels. Then on checking out the old...

"A man, who I never even gave my name to, came up the stairs, barefooted, and only after I had to call him from the front desk…and said “here’s your key” & walked away. We did get in late, around 2:30 am. He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger) The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping...
