"### Great Stay, Excellent Food, and Wonderful Staff! I recently visited Harrah’s Cherokee Resort & Casino with my elderly parents, and we had a wonderful time! My mom thoroughly enjoyed playing the slots, while my dad was perfectly content people-watching in the lobby and common areas. There was something for everyone! The resort had plenty of great dining options. We especially appreciated the convenient Starbucks locations throughout the property. The Gordon Ramsay Food Market offered some...

"The Smokey Mountain Inn was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for a fishing tournament and the Inn was walking distance to all the regestration and awards activities. The Inn is also located walking distance to food and shops in town. The room and property were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so nice and I love the coffee service in the lobby in the mornings. Great property and a great price."

"Everyone was super nice 😊"

"Upon checking in their credit card machines was not working. The clerk needing to contact software support, so we went to dinner and came back machines were still down. They had my card on file but said I had to pay cash because they still couldn't access it. If I didn't have cash I needed to go back to town to the ATM and get cash to check in. I should have prepaid and by this time, it's pushing 8:30. We got the $199.43 together and the clerk didn't know how to count 43 cents. She said I didn't...

"Good hotel with friendly staff. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay. We came for the concert and this place had a comfy bed and free water which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room that I was giving was very small "like a dog house" had to pay extra to get what I was expecting to get to start with. The TV reception was terrible. The host I talked with on the phone was nice. I will never stay there again."

"Great place , clean and in a good area."

"Room was very clean and comfortable with a great view and location. Had everything we needed for a quick getaway!"

"The property was well maintained and having a balcony near the river was great. Unfortunately, road noise was an issue and the 2 Queen beds were too firm."

"Always a pleasure staying here, nice rooms and a huge plus to have the Oak Restaurant on-site! A big shout out to the great bartenders! All the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this place, we will be back for our third time here!"

"Will comeback Really nice place"

"clean room, helpful staff"

"Courteous staff and good location."

"Room was okay. Beds very comfy. No body was in the bottle and I didn't know this until I was already in the shower, No hair dryer in the bathroom. FRIENDLY STAFF. Syrup all in the floor of the breakfast area. An orange cone placed near it, but no one cleaned it up while I was out there. People stepping in it and tracking it around. Fair location."
