"Room was dusty but everything else was wonderful. Enjoyed the casino and the food at the grill. Stayed here for Louder than life and was definitely great for staying out of Louisville before and after. Check in and check out was easy, parking for hotel was convenient and seperate from casino. We got the smoking room, yes the whole floor smelled like smoke but it's the room we chose. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff is very friendly and also attentive to needs. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks and a couple places to eat nearby as well as a convenience store and grocery store right across the street. The Hotel is basic but very clean and exceeds the expectations one may have of a Red Roof Inn. This place is quiet and in a safe area. It is literally perfect for a weary traveler looking for a nice place to rest up or someone on a brief trip to a place nearby. I was only disappointed that...

"My family and I stayed at the hotel over the weekend and the young lady that was working at the front desk was so helpful! We had to ask for blankets, extra towels and some other things and she was very accommodating! Great service and the hotel room we stayed in was nice. We were in room 210. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom walls and floor look like they need some attention or maintenance."

"Its a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Bright ground lighs come on at dark, so you better close the black out curtain. I woke up around 1am and thought I woke up in the middle of the day. Lol."

"Our last night in the hotel suite, we found alive bedbugs on our sheets. We took it to the staff and they were very apologetic and we did get a full refund. But we will never stay at a Hampton Inn again, and we had been staying there for 26 years."

"Cardinal house was clean, peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of wood for the woodburning fireplace and there were only 4 old ladies but we enjoyed sitting in our rocking chairs, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. This would be a great place for families to enjoy a family "campout" without having to worry with tents and dragging the camping gear.. the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking pots and pans. It is a good ways from town so bring everything with you....

"This vacation home was perfect for our weekend trip! It was clean and the layout was ideal for us. We had our 2 year old grandson with us and he loved the openness to run and play.
