"Best hotel in the whole area"

"We stayed two nights, Room was better than expected, had more than two double beds , only thing I can say is they could use a better bar of soap and more than one, very comfortable beds, staff was great, not many of them which is fine,lobbyis beautiful and welcoming, breakfast was typical so no complaints and plenty of parking but we stayed during the week so not many people staying, very quiet property"

Large variety for breakfast and the breakfast areas and common use areas were very clean. Our room was clean and when our tv wouldn't work the person who fixed it was prompt and very friendly."

"Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. I wanted to support since it’s a veteran owned business but service response has been terrible and the cleanliness was less than desired."

"DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION. When we arrived at the property there wasn't anybody to help us to check in. A sign on the locked door said to call a number, we called. The man gave us a room number to go in with the room key inside, no room security. We had several questions, but he could not help us. The room had cobwebs and marks on the walls, the don't think the bathroom was ever updated. The maid never showed up so we had to us the same towels from the previous day. Other guests needed...
