The hotel restaurant wasn't great for breakfast, as the service was slow and the oatmeal was served undercooked. However, dinner was fine."

"Overall, the hotel was very clean, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by how many families were staying at the hotel. The only downsides were that the shower pressure was quite weak, and the soap dispensers were attached to the wall with double-sided tape. It suddenly fell off, startled me. Other than those two, I had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel."

"Awesome location, Service is TOP notch. On a note of need for improvement is that It is not ADA friendly when it comes to getting from Garden area to The Reception Pavilion. Either a flight if stone stairs or up a grassy hill ( no path) and then leaving the Pavilion you have a raised wooden walk to parking lot that was poorly light ( Had lights only on a small part of walk). Very hard to see. Again Great service Staff. We had two gentlemen(staff) assist with umbrellas but no flash lights.....

"This is an older property, and the place is dated and somewhat worn down. It appears to be undercapitalized. However, it was clean and comfortable and the woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. It is conveniently located, and yet was quiet. Would I stay there again? Probably. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not the place for you. If however, you are looking for an adequate place at a very favorable price, this place fits the bill."

"Good place. Only downside was i was not warned they would be replacing the roof at 8am, so i was woken up early due to the noise. Staff should notify guests for disturbances so that i can plan my sleep accordingly."

"The property is good just a few little things we noticed.No bluetooth speakers as advertised in the hot tub. Decking boards have some gaps between them (1/2 to 3/4 inch in spots)Interior flooring in spots is chipped on corners and some edges are raised.Rear bedroom missing one blind.Both beds are quite low in height.Occasionally we noticed a strange popping/creaking sound which seemed to be coming from the roof, not sure what it was.
