"EVEN THOUGH PROPERTY WAS LARGE, THE SERVICE WAS VERY PERSONAL WHEN AT THE LOBBY AND BAR. /IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO ORDER ROOM SERVICE. BUT WHEN WE GOT IT IT WAS GOOD"

"Impossible to reach the front desk. Not helpful once we spoke."

"1. Staff is not professional and without good manners. 2. Room is very very very old. 3. Booked with continental breakfast but been told just coffee without any explanation and apology. 4. Many people outside kept talking loudly , opened and closed doors until 4am."

"THE LOBBY STAFF WAS CORDIAL, THE VALETS WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. THE ROOM WAS NOT AS PRISTINE CLEAN AS OUR FIRST VISIT, AND THE ROOM ACTUALLY HAD A BIT MORE WEAR AND TEAR. THE DRAPES WERE NOT WORKING EASILY AND THE BATHROOM DOOR DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY."

"Had to walk very far to room and the garage is not safe. Trash everywhere and cost $10 a night. Room key doesn’t work and gives a key that also took awhile to get to open the room. Sheets on inside out and shower pressure poor, no shampoo in the bottle on wall."

"Overall it was clean and felt safe, that's all I need."

"Easy access"

"No issues"
