"Although the bed was clean and comfortable, the underside of the toilet bowl was not clean. I didn’t notice until I was getting ready for bed. We were traveling with a cat so they gave us a room where the furniture and drapes had been clawed. I took pictures of all these things when checking in, as I didn’t want to be charged for damage upon checkout."

"The only thing I liked was the room seemed to be pretty clean if you don't count the TV remote, which had something sticky on it (yuck!). The furniture is old. The toilet was leaning to one side. No drinking cups in the room, only coffee cups. No TV guide or hotel directory. No "sleeping in" hanger for the door. The ice maker for the 2nd floor didn't work or wasn't stocked with ice. No uniforms or anyway of telling that the people behind the desk actually worked there. Many little things seemed...

"Convenient location"

"The room was clean, the workers were nice, but we only seen them once. Their Continental was only cereal and milk, so we went to the Feed lot Diner across the street, which had excellent food at a great price. For the price the motel was good, we would stay there again"

"Due to no help pool was closed on 100+degree day. Room had a smell like they sprayed to cover something up. Woke up went to window to open the curtains and got my clean socks soaked. The air conditioner had leaked all over the floor."

"Rooms were clean and quite. However, they were small with the sink being right next to the door. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Plenty of parking in back."

"Breakfasts of "light pastries" was totally lacking. One portable pumper of coffee, no decaf. Teeny little donuts and fruit bars in a little basket by the coffee! This hotel is ok if you are looking for economy over amenities. The bathroom was extremely small--no place at all to set anything down for a shower. The room did have a small microwave and refrigerator, if you want to buy some groceries at the local Walmart rather than eating out. Sound travels through walls from neighboring rooms,...

"The last working the desk was kind. Motel is run down, mostly clean but it was so old it seemed dirtier than it was. Bed was very hard and blanket was not great. Noisy. Someone was smoking weed outside and the smell seeped into the room."

"Very poorly maintained"

"Perfect spot for home base near Big Piney River Trophy Smallmouth stream area!"

"Great property, fit our needs perfectly. Not the easiest to find lol, just look for the "1070" on the trash can. Enjoyed the big front porch as well. If in the area again we would definitely stay again."

"We loved the setup, seclusion, and the attention to detail. The bathhouse is also so clean and well stocked. "
