"Checked into the place and noticed some cleanliness concerns. Toilet was used and not flushed, salt dumped on counter, pizza chunks on couch and grey insulation on floor. We also encountered a mouse the first night. We ended up leaving and staying at a hotel our whole trip instead. The host was quick to respond and came out to try to fix the issues. But we didn’t feel comfortable staying with the mouse. Other than that it was a beautiful cabin. Nice peaceful getaway with a screened in porch....

"Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions."

"Great location, beautiful home, very clean, awesome communication from the host. They were helpful and accommodating. The downstairs is full of games like table tennis, pool, ski-ball and plenty of board games and such. The kids in our group never once said they were bored. It was a Thanksgiving miracle! There are so many extras as well, several types of hot chocolate/coffee makers, plenty of pots and pans, we even made soda slushees with the ice cream machine! They really thought of everything....

"Nestled in a rural subdivision, this house was the perfect VRBO for our vacation/exploration trip of Middle/East Tennessee! The neighborhood is quiet with very light residential traffic. You can hear cows mooing in the pasture behind the neighborhood and all the songbirds from the front porch or back patio. The front yard is large and wraps around the side.
