"The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. "

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr mager, so stehen die Töpfe einfach offen unterhalb des Herdes Rum, alles voller Spinnen und Co., Weingläser hängen offen rum, sind dreckig, unter der mehr als kkkaputten C"

"Located next to the Krakow airport and the motorway. Pretty worn-out and simple standard. Cheap, but so are also other hotels in Poland with way better standards."

"Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6"
