"Date was incorrect. We were there this weekend not last weekend so we didn't get to stay there but we were charged for last weekend."

"The both of our rooms had horribly musty smell. The rooms smelled like a poorly mitigated flood disaster. A live silver fish bug was found in the bath. The room coffee maker did not work, The lobby coffee maker was out of order. Thankfully Starbucks was only a half mile away."

"On arrival had hard time with key working properly, key rekeyed but still did work properly, did get resolved until next day. Also in bathroom felt unsafe showing, nothing in tub to keep from slipping and falling. Most hotels have towel rack over tub. Definitely DID NOT, like the continental breakfast, who stop serving breakfast at 9am. Last but not least the room could stand a paint job especially ceiling where it had been patched up."

"They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!"
