"I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking....

"The view and the vibe were amazing because of the extraordinary location, and the shuttle service was great too. But it's really pricey for the quality of food and room. Bedding was ok, and it was generally clean in the room. However, the room really needed some renovations. The furniture, especially the wooden parts, looked old with scratches on. The dinner and breakfast buffet were fine, not many options though. The dining hall was also dated and old-fashioned, most importantly our breakfast...
