"Nice property, great view, well maintained neighborhood, clean apartment but outside the windows/screens, spider webs should be taken care of"

"Definitely a step back in time here. No in-room TV or extra blankets, heat didn't work but ambient heat was enough. The ambiance was Victorian, creaky uneven floors in the corridors. The one elevator was an old freight style elevator, which was very slow. We were on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were about 16 steps each floor which my new knee was able to navigate. Our room bordered the Main Street below which was noticeably loud until after 10 pm. There is A/C, which worked very well until we...

"Had a great time "

"Good location, very basic breakfast, it has a shuttle service to the casino, a swimming pool, and the room is a good size. Nice service."

"Excelente ubicación. Hotel muy bonito y conveniente. Tiene cargador de coche eléctrico lo cual es súper conveniente. El desayuno estuvo bueno también y todo muy moderno y bonito 10/10"

"Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...

"One of the two beds was broken with wooden slats with nails sticking out of them falling from bottom of the bed - bed then leaned to one side- when we called manager she offered room with one bed and no heat - when we opened back window room filled with gas smell - other residents complained the heat was not working on second floor - mirrors were tiny and lighting was awful making it impossible to get ready for a wedding"

"Faraway from Charlevoix, breakfast"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House manager Terri was a wonderful host. She was available and ready to make sure you were happy with your room. Our room was lovely. The whole house is immaculate. Parking was available right outside the house. Terri put out a wonderful spread for breakfast. She had many delicious items on a beautifully laid out table."
