"The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all."

"When we booked through Expedia it stated the pet fee was $25 per stay per dog. When we got to the hotel we were charged $25 per night instead. After numerous calls to the hotel and Expedia we have still not received a refund. Expedia says hotel is wrong and hotel says Expedia is wrong. We have not gotten this resolved at all."

"This apartment is a gem. I stayed there by myself and felt safe. Response from the mgt was timely and efficient. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen with extras. I would definitely book this spot again. "

"I stayed one night. They charged my credit card an extra $125.76 for no reason. The manager has not been available to speak to and it’s been three days. All I want is them to refund the extra amount they charged me."

"The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel."
