"Great place to stay."

"The room had a strange odor. Like fish"

"Everything about Microtel was excellent except the breakfast. Staff was friendly, the building was clean, but the breakfast was bland and unappealing."

"The property was great. The breakfast was very nice. One of the front desk ladies was not friendly or welcoming at all."

"My daughter and I stayed here for family weekend at Liberty University. I was late in getting a reservation and there were not too many hotels left. We were not sure how Brentwood Inn and Suites were going to be but I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was not a pool or fitness center - I could not have asked for a cleaner hotel room. "It was very dated and far from Lynchburg. With the road construction it was 1/2 hour drive."

"The first thing I noticed is when I walk into the hotel it smelled clean. Customer service was awesome. Smell good it was nice and clean and the shower was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again."

"Was on the 3rd floor. The room above was so loud, it sounded like a heard of cattle, people banging and jumping. Called the desk and. No answer. This went on until almost 1am. Will not stay here again."

"WiFi didn’t work, we had to drive 15 min away to get internet to do computer work, the telephone in our room didn’t work, it was old and run down. Would not stay there again."

"Ground floor rooms near lobby hear everything going on in the lobby. The rear exit door slammed and squeaked whenever opened and closed. Stay was good, staff extremely helpful but would not recommend a room near on the first floor."
