"I called the front desk as soon as I booked the condo on Expedia and the front desk lady promised to put us in a condo close to the amenities but as soon as we came to check in they gave us a condo unit that wasn’t that close like originally promised over the phone. It was old and outdated and we had 4 children with us and 2 set of adults and only 1 king and 1 queen and 2 set of twin beds on two separate floors - which was highly inconvenient since all 4 girls wanted to sleep in one room. "We had an excellent overall experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service we received at the front desk on 02/28 around 9pm. The young lady who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. "Rooms are dated and definitely need upgrades. They were cleanish but very congested. Lobby was in a bad condition. There is absolutely no service provided of any kind. Just a small room with ice and a vending machine. There was no water provided either. For the price, it’s not worth it in my opinion. "

Unfortunately, the hotel is located behind a food service establishment with dumpsters that have either not been picked up or not been cleaned in a while, and the foul smell in the parking lot was just about unbearable. "I’ll not recommend people to stay at this place the staff are not honest I did book no smoking room when I get there they give me smoking room when I ask to change it they convinced me that the room I got is not smoking room I even told them there is ashtray in the they did care to change it I stayed there for one night because it was late but I couldn’t stand for smelling in room the next morning I did check out. The room was not clean "
