"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking is tight. The bathroom is nice with the exception of the wobbly toilet. They forgot to clean the coffee pot and the pillow had hair on it. The mattress also needs a serious upgrade it was horrible! It was touching the bottom."

"The property, room, bedding hardware and sheets needed to be completely cleaned up for harm free to people stay in it."

"Great place. Loved the live music, trivia night…the game room, store, taproom & coffee truck are all great amenities! Loved sitting out on the deck while the fall leaves fell. Our room was the only slight negative. Was only room with a window AC unit that didn’t work great and made the outside noise bad. Also some mold above the shower…but I will stay here again."

"I enjoyed my stay just fine. The hotel was exactly as advertised. It was a little aged but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again."

"Hotel was in okay to good condition and was a nice fit for my family’s overnight stay. Condition wise, the building could use a remodel and some elevators. The breakfast was good and did have a wide variety of items, which was nice. Safety was not a concern at this location."

"The water pressure in the shower was almost nothing, lint in the coffee and nothing would stay plugged in to the outlets."

"Room was nice but the property appears it could use an upgrade."

"The coffee was amazing! The breakfast is an amazing plus!"

"Connecting to their Wi-Fi was very confusing. I gave up. Only stayed one night so I did not need it the next morning. Hilton needs to simplify that process. It’s too cumbersome."

"Breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly."

"No sleep due to the noise in the building. Staff wasn't rude but not friendly. Wouldn't recommend. We had dirty linens in the restroom."

"Some lamps didn’t turn on, toilet seat was broken. Not vacuumed good. Staining on bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pay your staff better please"
