"Room was clean and very impressed with the room. Room rate was great but definitely won’t be paying the July /August rates….very overpriced for that time. Couple complaints, fridge gurgled a lot and when furnace ran it was like a rocket taking off….very loud. Was quite surprised with the appliances based on the hotel being very new!!"

"It was a beautiful room, but there was no physical contact with the front desk. I never saw the person in charge, only talked on the phone and was told he was at another property and wouldn't be coming to where I was. It was unsettling. They had left my key in the door so I got into my room ok but will probably not be back"

"The hotel was excellent. We did get in early. Which was very nice. I did find the coffee machine needed rinsing out and unfortunately the sugar and creamers were non existence. We did get in early so it might not of been looked at yet. All good. We had issues with the remote and it was replaced immediately. Breakfast was fresh and alot of choices had to try a but of everything. Perfect. Was a little disappointed the golf simulator wasnt ready but would like to try it on our next visit. Over...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage—the location is fantastic and the property itself has so much charm. It definitely has the true cottage feel, meaning not everything is “perfect,” but that’s part of its character. For example, we noticed some cobwebs, the lighting could be better, and there was a bit of clutter around the back. "Our room on the second floor was very noisy due to activity at the swimming pool until 11pm, which was directly under our room, and from the occupants of the room above us. The noise was due to the construction of the building, not necessarily the occupants of the room. The wood joist construction material allows noise to penetrate from one floor to the next. So our seven hour sleep turned out to be a five hour sleep. "
