"Clean room but alot of ppl hanging in lobby and around front desk. Was told upon Checkout that id get my 50 room deposit back but instead was charged 48.40 with no explanation. Ive tried calling the front desk at tru by Hilton several times and havr been brushed off. Was told it was just room fees. What room fees? I paid my nighly room rate, taxes, and everything. This was supposed to be the 50 deposit and somehow was turned into a room charge with no explanation. They've been almost rude...

"We didn't even stay. The room was nasty. The front desk offered to clean it but then decided to give us another room. Looked at that room and it was smelling of mold and mildew. Went back down to the front desk and asked them to cancel. They did cancel but I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if your coming into town from out of state."

"The breakfast setup was really nice and the person working the area did an excellent job. The person behind your desk gave us a excellent choice on restaurant locally. The only negative is that there was a large tarp over part of the building because of some bad weather that had come through the area. Other than that we had a excellent stay. Oh, and I would have to say that one of the beds in the room was very close to the wall on one side which made it difficult to get in and out of the bed."

"Everything in the room felt damp and wet. The low commodes are very hard to get up and down. The chain kept coming off and falling under the flap. No hand towels and the second day we didn’t get a mat for the tub so had to use our towels Breakfast-orange juice tasted like it was watered down. Was not good to drink. The pancake machine did not work. The coffee was good and the cinnamon rolls were also."

"It is very old and it smells old needs major updates . Wall sockets hanging out and all furniture is from the 90s Staff super nice . There is stores close by. Parking lot big. Just needs updated bad"

"A typical American motel by the highway but needs maintenance and a full renovation. I’m not bothered with the classic style of the motel but, just like the blues, don’t let it die of age."
