"Great for business stay"

"If you are looking for a base camp for your outdoor adventures in Bentonville, this is the place. The room gets a little small when you bring your bike in, but then, you don't have to worry about your bike. The only think I would like to see added would be a small work desk for my laptop."

"I stayed at this location for 4 nights while visiting family. Check-in was smooth. I stayed on 4th floor room. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and well lighted. I was informed that I would have room cleaned on 3rd day. That never happened. No tissues, ran out of TP, and no clean towels. The vending machine had 6 month expired Diet Coke product. I took to front desk and took them - no offer for exchange. All ice machines weren’t working. The breakfast was good and...

"So everything was clean. The breakfast station was GREAT!! Delicious food and plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable! I slept well and I don’t usually sleep to well in hotels. The water pressure was AMAZING!! Hotel staff were friendly. Cleaning staff were great. Checking out was SUPER easy, I just had to send a text. Very good, very smooth experience. Why 4 stars? Infrastructure issues. I think the hotel was a renovation? The floors are not even and felt soft in some spots. The tiles...

"At every turn their was something that either made me giggle or reflect and feel as if you are far away from the noise and busy city. It really is a gorgeous property and wonderful taste. AND the PEOPLE were just the cherry on the top."

"We were cheerfully greeted at check-in and given bottles of water along with warm chocolate chip cookies! Very clean property! Room was exceptionally clean, super comfortable king bed and the linens felt like luxury! Asked staff for dining recommendations and out door activities- they were very happy to give suggestions! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!!"

"Room was clean, no pool though. When I stayed there was a large hole in a downstairs room, looked like it was hit by a car. No impact on my stay however. Laundry for guests was a definitely a benefit."
