"There is no Internet service. Our phones wouldn’t work. The hill country experience was beautiful! The air conditioner in one of our bunk houses started making horrific noises, and we couldn’t call out on the Emergency number to get anyone to fix it since we discovered it after hours. So we slept without air-conditioning, but the ceiling fan kept the air circulating. The bathroom and shower stalls were small, but well maintained. I would definitely stay there again but have different...

"No this wasn't a great experience, we had to find the office and locate our keys in the cabin, which was fine. Next we get to our cabin, only one bed, there were two of us both men, the picture showed a loft with a bed above another, we tried to order pizza but they were already closed. Also thought it was odd that there was no TV in the room I understand this is glamping but I still expected more than a small mini fridge and a single queen size bed, one end table and some coat hangers"

"The property is nestled in the Medina mountains in an 11 room resort and spa. The owners met with us each night sharing stories, laughs, wine and food. In the morning we hiked up the mountain trail to a cabin with a back deck that overlooked the hillside. If you want peace, quiet, no children and good old fashion conversation you will not find any better than Escondida Resort. The entire staff is humble, courteous and good people to share a cup of coffee or a laugh. I highly recommend this...

"The bunker haus was clean, the hot tub was awesome. The host was great and left a little note for us along with wine and snacks. The stay overall was great and we will be back again. We would definitely recommend this place. 5 stars"

"Pictures and descriptions said had panoramic view. If you wanted to see what was advertised on site you had to drive to owners house and sit there a quarter mile away At die abroken down patio with a dirty mop. Furniture looked like something you find dumped on side of road. Holes in the walls remote control didn’t work. "
