"Loved this hotel and the staff were the most pleasant and helpful staff I’ve come across. The buffet breakfast (not included) was delicious! Resort is beautiful! Pool and hot tub are indoors which is so nice in Tahoe where it’s cold more than it’s hot. Room was great. Live music in lobby in the evenings (nothing loud and obnioux). Will definitely stay here again (and possibly only here)."

"Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Tahoe for the price. The lodge has such a cozy, welcoming vibe the second you walk in. "We continue to come back to the Timber Lodge because the facility and location are outstanding as well as all the staff that works here. "The hot tub wasn't hot enough. Be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel. We walked into our room and it smelled terrible and it gave me a instant headache! I called the office and they said nobody has ever complained about the smell. It had a strong cleaning odor they use to cover up the pet smells. I was hoping to change to another room. But the guy said open the windows and doors and the next day it wasn't like the first day!! The room next to us had a dog who was left alone in the room and...
