"The staff was amazing, the breakfast and lake amenities were terrific. Our room bathroom is in need of an update, specifically the shower tub. And the restroom off the gym was absolutely disgusting. I don’t feel as if it was checked regularly. It was a Friday afternoon and looked very neglected. I’m thankful I didn’t have children with me."

"We traveled as a family the rooms closest to the Main Street were so loud on the weekends with car noise and the bar across the road and it’s dance club music . that we requested a room at the back of the hotel. Thankfully we could move and had the best night sleep. Wolf restaurant was amazing experience."

"Erst wurde uns ein winziges Zimmer im Nebenhaus ohne Patkmögkichkeit gegeben. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann im Haupthaus ein Zimmer bekommen. Toll das Bad hat sogar ein Fenster. Das Zimmer war so schlecht möbliert das die Zimmerer nicht zu öffnen war, da der Kühlschrank dahinter stand. Angenehm es gab USB Anschlüsse an den Steckdosen. Sehr schlecht der Fußboden war total klebrig und dreckig."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"The room was spacious and comfortable, but could've used another chair so guests didnt have to sit on the bed. Breakfast was solid and plentiful. The hotel was walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants and clise to several nice beaches and parks."

"Clean and well maintained hotel considering how old it is. Right in the center of town so everything is convenient. You have to street park - but finding a spot was never an issue. I highly recommend!"

"The suite was nice and right by the pool and jacuzzi. The AC did not work that well and it was warm up there. Breakfast was good. The resort is right next to Heavenly Village with all the shops and the Gondola at half the cost of the Marriott Resort at Heavenly which is part of the whole village area."

"Stayed in two room, 3 bed. Was nice to have some separation. Rooms were fairly small but furnished appropriately. Fridge and microwave. Health products in bottles in shower and bar soap. Linens were clean. Location is great but parking is very tight. 22 rooms 22 small spots. Large trucks grand suvs would be hard to park and limited parking on street, we were there in weekday so wasn't too bad. Pic is view from 2nd floor room."
