Has staff gotten lazy??
This is our second time staying at this location. We returned because our first extras really pleasant but this time was not the best.
We arrived at 4:00 to check in, staff advised us that our room was not ready yet and it would be about a “20 minute wait “ so we waited, and waited. Went back up to front desk and asked if our room was ready and front desk clerk told us “actually it’s about an hour wait”. I was so upset because we just spent a few hours on the road to get here and expected our room to be ready upon arrival. That was a huge set back! Then we finally get to our room and the room was not the cleanest some areas where dusty and some of the cabinets where still dirty. I get in the shower I pull back the curtain and there is what looks like someone else’s boogers on the shower curtain. Do they not wash the curtains and replace them after each guest checks out!!?? Apparently NOT! It was so gross!! The dish washer was also dirty and had crumbs inside of it ! We waited an extra hour and our room wasn’t even to standards?? Will not be staying here again. We are leaving our trip completely unsatisfied with this place.
