"We have stayed here several times in the last 2 years, but the last time (June 16-17) was somewhat below par. They did not have any water when we arrived at 7:00pm due to water heater issues. No fault of the hotel and water was restored by about 8:30. Was told we would have hot water in about 30 minutes. Did not get hot water that night so we retired without a shower. "I had a great stay here. Everything was well maintained. Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. I will probably return in the future and stay there."

"The place was a mess. Hallway carpets filthy, trash cans full and broken down cars in the parking lot. The room was dirty also. Chairs had visible dirt stains. The bath clothes were dirty and 9ne bath towel had hair on it. TV remote did not work and no manual controls on TV. Never stay here."

"Well i visited my son over the weekend, and my room was 309 so far it was clean and ok but when we go to sleep as we woke at 7am the room was full of water next to our beds our shoes got wet and we had clothes on the ground and got them wet too it was a big puddle of water so we had to avoid walking around to get our self’s wet, other than that all around ok"

"The air conditioner in my room was very, very loud. At first I thought that someone was running the motor on a diesel pickup truck parked right outside my window& I had a first floor room . It finally aggravated me enough that I looked out the windo - no truck just a car that wasn't running & no one was in it. All in all it mage for a miserable night. Turning the AC off was not an option - Texas in the summer."

"Overall, the room, property, staff and amenities were great. Where improvements need to be made is parking. I circled the parking lot for almost 30 minutes to find a place to park for the evening. Terrible that there is no designated parking for guests."
