"I was in town due to a death in the family. From start to finish the staff was amazing! I e never had hospitality like this! I was blown away and so grateful! From the good bag at check in to the handwritten sympathy card left at my door, this was hands down the most impressive hotel service I have had ever and I travel a lot!"

"In dire need of proper facility maintenance. Many things broken or in poor repair, worn, dirty. Floors were filthy. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t shut this location down. Staff was pleasant."

"I found the entire facility and our room to be beautiful and clean. We were surprised at the huge size of the lobby area. Even though the lobby was huge, there were several designated sitting spaces which gave the area a cozy, relaxing vibe. "
