"Beautiful unit. Comfortable and roomy. Within easy walking distance of Main Streetshops and restaurants. Only complaint is unit faced street and there was quite a bit of street noise."

"Cabins are old but quaint. They have character! Very clean, the staff friendly and thoughtful, our room wasn't ready until after 5, it was raining so we had to wait in the car, they gave a complimentary bottle of wine and mini golf tickets. If you want a fun small cabin near a river without fancy dancy features this is for you. It's close to town and RMNP."

"We loved everything about this property. From the location, washer/dryer, size of the apartment, amenities, price, right down to the earplugs on the night stand. If you need a place to stay in Denver this is the place."

"My husband and I relocated from Texas to Colorado and chose Kasa as a temporary stop before moving into our place and it did not disappoint. The apartment/hotel was clean and safe, we loved the option to park inside a garage since we had our whole lives in the car, and I can’t forget the washer/dryer inside the unit which came in handy for us. Our 2 mini schnauzers loved it too, being able to go on walks and see other dogs along the way. We would definitely recommend Kasa to anyone coming to...

"This is my second stay at the property, and I enjoyed it just as much. Again a comfy condo, this time a bit larger and with a lovely balcony overlooking the creek. The pool and hot tub are nice, and we enjoyed eating at the Aprés Café on site. I can’t wait for my next trip. "

"My stay was great! It was a perfect location for visiting CSU and close to lots of food and shops downtown. Devon was very helpful, communicative and responded to questions quickly. Coffee was restocked everyday, which was great. Check in and check out were very smooth."
