"Our family had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem! The location is a bit of a trek-about 25-30 minutes to the hot springs, but has stunning views from the patio. The cabin was impeccably clean, and the layout made it perfect for our family of five. "My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to town (5-10 minutes). The owner was quick to respond and was easy to communicate with. The house was historical and charming. This didn't bother us at all, but there was someone staying above us. Not sure if they lived there or if it was a business, but they were very quiet and didn't bother us at all. Overall, I recommend this place if you want an affordable and cool place to stay!"

"Cozy and home like. Beautiful relaxing setting right on the river. Well equipped home. Great yard space for playing with children, eating outdoors or just relaxing by their er Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. My only constructive comment is that the second bedroom has minimal bureau space. Maybe some shelving in the large closet would be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. "

"Nice place, lots of room. The fireplaces are boarded up, and this is not noted in the listing. We weren't planning on having a fire, so it didn't affect us, but that would be very disappointing if you were planning on it.Also the washing machine started randomly (twice!). We figured it's a smart machine that was accidentally started remotely, and were able to turn it off, but still weird.We accidentally locked ourselves out but called the emergency number and they were very helpful and were...

"The Bears Den was a perfect get away! If you're looking for a quiet and cozy stay in Glenwood, CO this is the place. The location is far enough away from town to still be convenient but also rural enough to be away from the hustle. The home is neat and clean has everything that you could need to be comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will return the next time we are in Glenwood. "
