    If you’re looking for a one of a kind travel experience, our cozy carriage house is the perfect spot for your stay. This bright and airy second floor studio apartment offers everything you’ll will need during your visit. It features a well equipped kitchen, sitting area, sleeping for up to 4 people, as well as free access to TV and internet. You will even have your own private garden where you can relax from your busy day. You will truly feel at home in this stylish apartment.

    After a busy day of sightseeing, stroll the tree lined streets and enjoy the unique dining experiences in our neighborhood. There are several restaurants and cafes to choose from right here in Prospect:

Probably the best equipped and furnished rental we've ever had. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space, and an incredible garden surrounding. We loved the space and the owners. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Awesome reunion with our son

We loved the accommodations and the location…it was close to our son and great places to eat and shop near by… one our favorite parts about the neighborhood was being able to walk the quite streets… The business district close by was within walking distance as wellBeautiful tree lined streets with beautiful homes and yards

This immediately became one of our favorite stops. Very beautiful inside and out. Very well kept! It is not missing anything for a comfortable stay. The bedding was outstanding! Very nice owners! Definitely a repeat if we are back in Longmont.

The apartment was beyond charming and the owners went out of their way to make it comfortable and like home. Every detail was perfect, and the garden is stunning. The hosts were welcoming, warm and helpful. We plan on staying here again!
