This bright and airy second floor studio apartment offers everything you’ll will need during your visit. It features a well equipped kitchen, sitting area, sleeping for up to 4 people, as well as free access to TV and internet. You will even have your own private garden where you can relax from your busy day. You will truly feel at home in this stylish apartment.

After a busy day of sightseeing, stroll the tree lined streets and enjoy the unique dining experiences in our neighborhood. There are several restaurants and cafes to choose from right here in Prospect:

This immediately became one of our favorite stops. Very beautiful inside and out. Very well kept! It is not missing anything for a comfortable stay. The bedding was outstanding! Very nice owners! Definitely a repeat if we are back in Longmont.

Probably the best equipped and furnished rental we've ever had. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space, and an incredible garden surrounding. We loved the space and the owners. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

We had a terrific stay with Caren and David. They are wonderful hosts. The studio has a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and living space. There is a patio with a grill, Adirondack chairs and a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is charming with easy access to bike paths. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Caren and David provided us with lots of good info about Longmont and beyond. We hope to stay here again.

Awesome reunion with our son

Beautiful property with an attentive host. This made the end of our trip easy. Clean, nicely decorated, had amenities such as tea and small snacks. Recommend to any and all, although 2 would work better than 3 unrelated adults.

More than Wonderful

If I could rated each area higher than five stars I would’ve done just that. I love to cook and having so many pots, pans, utensils and a gas stove was awesome. The studio apartment was so comfy, quiet and lovely. I stayed a week and wish it was longer. I’d love to come again and highly recommend this lovely place.Caren and Dave were the most awesome hosts possible. One example: I mentioned that the gate was tough to open as the rain had swollen the wood. The next time I opened the gate it was fixed!! There are so many more ways that they each went over and above: fresh flowers, brownies, a brand new electric kettle, very accessible in communication and so much more!The water features and beautiful garden areas are so inviting. I loved being welcome to sit outside.The bed is so comfortable and everything in the apartment is super clean.Parking on the street in such a quiet lovely neighborhood was easy and the lighting is excellent if arriving after dark.So many places in walking distance!

We have always enjoyed the Longmont area and were happy to have a longer time to explore locally, It was a great location and close to family in the area. We found all that we needed, didn't really do much cooking as we were out and about but the opportunity to do so was great. It does have steps which could limit some folks.

Springtime escape

This place was adorable. I felt so comfortable and at home. Tons of amenities. A beautiful back yard and garden area with flowers in bloom. Even though I had to work most of the time that I was there, it was a wonderful escape!!

Perfect quick getaway!

The owners were very accommodating. They had anything and everything you could think of in the carriage house. They even had sweet treats waiting for us. My teen was very excited about that extra touch. Thanks for everything!
