"This hotel was the most cost-effective for our trip to Juneau. Still, we didn't feel the accommodations reflected the high cost. +$200/night. Blackout curtains did not work. We stayed three nights. Asked for a fix the first morning, with no follow up. Toiletries weren't stocked, needed to ask for an extra towel because they supplied two and we were a party of 3, door was left ajar after cleaning (and thats because it doesn't close fully without a push), and bathtub was slow to drain."

"Stayed at The Waterfront for a conference in June. The staff were LOVELY - very upbeat, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite pretty and the beds are comfortable. The floor of my room had some stray dirt and wrappers, likely just missed during house cleaning (everything else, including the sheets and bathroom, was very clean), which is what led to the 3/5 star cleanliness rating. "Un hotel un tanto descuidado, llegamos a la 1am y muy mal servicio de recepción, tardamos ora atender. En limpieza era bueno todo limpio y todo bien ordenado. El baño era muy pequeño apenas podías abrir la puerta. Nos tocó cerca de una salida de emergencia y todas las mañanas desde las 7am era un ruido muy fuerte de azotes de puertas, voces, golpes con cosas. "

"Staff was helpful and friendly, area is quiet and close to the Whale. It was a quick stop, but the facilities were great, microwave and coffee maker. Very recommendable!"

"I think the biggest downfall of this listing is the details. I wish I would have known it was a shared space, I feel like the listing currently doesn’t do a good job at explaining that well. After arriving and being extremely confused I looked at the detailed email I got 3 days before check in and saw those details when I was checking in via the owner’s website. "This is a great place our room was very clean we really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. I do recommend you have rental car to visit places near by."

"Everything was clean, the bed well appointed and quite comfortable. The scenery from the bed was to die for! The property is‘s slight quirky with a ton of character and we were 110% happy there was a friendly dog outside well trained, a friendly chicken. It was a pet and Kevin took excellent care of us.
