"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. They told me they are opening a restaurant in December which will be great. "

"I didn’t stay in this apartment I booked because the owner had already moved someone else into the apartment but instead he took me to a different property owned by his friend and the accommodation was in terrible shape , there was no hot water and the toilet was broken and unable to flush also there was no cooking gas and there was music playing all night into the morning. I’m going to request a refund from this company."

"It is not where it says on the map. I turned up expecting to be in actual Banjul but I was somewhere miles away. They didn't have any rooms even though I was booked in. Took me to another place that was nicer but again, not in the location it said. "

"Rigtig søde. Hjalp når der var brug for det. 24 timers reception. God mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden kunne vælges fra a´la carte kortet. Der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. roomservice. værelset trængte til en lille opgradering, men det var rent. De er ikke så hurtige til at komme med maden. "
