"Calm water Retreat was a beautiful, quiet, perfectly-maintained home base for our family as we explored the Ucluelet and Tofino area. The property was right off the main road and within walking distance to the center “hub” of Ucluelet; but the the cluster of homes was so cleverly situated facing a small bog inlet and trail that it felt like we were in the middle of the forest. "Beautiful experience. Me and my friend of 20 years were able to get away for a quick girls trip. The cabin was perfect for us. It was easy to unload our stuff and the view is spectacular. We hiked to the light house and we even snuck down to the beach one night and captured the Milky Way! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Our stay was very enjoyable.The condo was clean and bright with a great view and the bed was very comfortable. The bakery downstairs was wonderful and we had pie for breakfast. There was always something to see going on at the pier. The only drawback which the owners have no control over is people partying late at night right outside. The listing was very accurate and did say it can be noisy at this property. Tofino is beautiful and this was a good base for us."

There was always ample parking available for us and we appreciated how close it was to the front door. The kitchen was beautifully stocked which made meal preparation very easy. "Had a lovely stay with our children! This was a great little, cozy escape. The kids were endlessly entertained by the tide pool beaches nearby, rainforest walks, and aquarium. Used the kitchen to make a lot of our own food - no issues. Sleeping areas are upstairs with bathroom on the main floor - older and younger guests may struggle with this.
