Just steps away from the beach….

Newly purchased and renovated in January 2024. This Beautiful unit Barefoot Bungalow is located on the 14th floor, with Phenomenal views of the Beautiful Emerald gulf coast. From the beachfront balcony you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the dolphins, or in the evenings having a glass of wine and watching the beautiful sunset. This view truly is phenomenal!

There are beautiful white granite counters with a large breakfast bar. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make a quick snack or create a Magnificent meal.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. This unit accommodates six easily. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large dresser with plenty of space. This unit has two complete beautiful bathrooms. The custom designed bunk beds, each with its own “32” inch ROKU television is sure to be a hit with the kiddos! The new queen size sleeper sofa with a COZY KING 8 inch mattress purchased January 2024.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals is the best resort with Three POOLS, one of which is an indoor/ outdoor. We are the only resort in Destin that has a Zero Entry Pool! We have TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub, tennis courts, onsite cafe, sundry shop, and a TIKI Hut conveniently located between the Pool and Beach. Newly renovated fitness center and sauna room.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Destin with all the best restaurants and shopping, kids activities and a vibrant nightlife.

The Barefoot Bungalow condo was amazing! My wife and I had an amazing time on our, much needed, getaway! Julie was very helpful each step of the way. I’m in a wheelchair and she even went and measured the doorways before I booked to ensure I’d be able to get around with ease. My wife and I are looking forward to booking again with her in the future. The only con about the trip (for me personally) is the master bed was very firm. Besides that, we were blown away with the beautiful beach aesthetics and ocean views at the competitive rates. I’d read some reviews complaining about the noise from the elevators but, me nor my wife even noticed it during our week there. Also, the resort in which the condo is located was superb! It has everything you could need: multiple pools/jacuzzis, a cafe, a bar, laundry machines, and even vending machines, etc. Plus, we loved the secure feeling of the gated community.

This condo was everything it claimed to be! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The check-in was straightforward and easily navigated. We had a wonderful experience and can’t stop talking about the ocean views!! I highly recommend this breathtaking condo for anyone looking to get away, relax, and refresh!!

Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and very secure. Bathrooms were a little small. Had some troubles with master bedroom TV not working but Julie was great to get maintenance onsite to fix it. We would definitely rent from her again!

We have stayed at pelican beach resort before. Different condo. This condo is super nice and clean. Only complaint really is if you are a light sleeper it being next to the elevator you can hear it pretty much all the time. Other than that great place to stay. Right on the beach. Good views.

Excellent Destin Getaway

Very clean and cozy. Right on the beach with easy access to parking and amenities. Beds were so comfy. The ocean view and sound was incredible. We will be staying in this exact spot again. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect.

Definitely one of our new Favorite Places!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful!! From the view to the decor, you can’t ask for more! This unit was so clean which is highly important to us. The owners were wonderful and responded right away any time we reached out. They truly made us feel at home and we had the best vacation!! Highly recommend renting this place!

Fantastic condo

We had a wonderful month in this condo. Julie the owner had the place spotless & plenty of dishes& and utensils,We even had an air fryer. The view was amazing & the heated pool& hot tub were great. We would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our honeymoon in this condo apartment. It’s very clean and has beautiful decor. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is breathtaking!! We plan on coming back as soon as possible. We enjoyed our morning coffee for hours on the balcony.
